L.L. Bean infant booties

LL Bean is recalling Faux-Shearling Infant Booties sold by LL Bean from July 2006 to December 2006. A small metal zipper tab on the infant booties can detach posing a choking hazard.

The booties are sold in infant sizes 1-6. The booties were sold in a tan or pink suede. They have rubber soles and a zipper closure at the ankle. "L.L. Bean" is printed in white letters on the soles of the booties. The size and stock BNK1 are printed on a tag inside the booties.

Consumers should contact L.L. Bean at (800) 555-9717 to receive a full refund.

Children's rings

Shalom International Corp., of New York, N.Y. is recalling Children's "Rachael Rose Kidz" Rings sold at Family Dollar stores from December 2005 to January 2007.

The jewelry contains high levels of lead. The children's rings are silver or gold-colored with designs or stones in a variety of colors. "Kidz by Rachael Rose," "Family Dollar $1" and "SKU 1905580" are printed on the packaging. Consumers should return the rings to any Family Dollar store for a full refund.

pants sets

G&W Industries Inc., of New York, N.Y. is recalling Toddler Pants Sets sold at Meijer Stores nationwide from October 2006 to December 2006.

The zipper pull on the jacket can detach, posing a choking hazard. This recall involves "Little Lass" toddler pants sets sold with a velour jacket and pants, and a T-shirt. The sets were sold in red and black, and have the words, "Snow Angel" printed on the front of the jacket. Sizes included in the recall are 2T, 3T and 4T. Consumers should return the pants sets to the nearest Meijer Store for a full refund.
