WILLARD A tip to two detectives led authorities to the arrest of two Mansfield women in connection with selling crack cocaine in Willard.
Shaquida Perdue, 28, and Andrea D. Nalion, 21, each remain in custody at the Huron County Jail, unable to post their respective $25,000 bonds on charges of trafficking in crack cocaine, a corrections officer said.
