The Towne & Country Players, previous owners of the Norwalk Theatre, issued a statement this morning, clarifying some aspects of their tenure of ownership.

"The theater was open every weekend that I can remember," he said. In fact, he said, the theater showed a movie every weekend last year until the end of July, when they went dark in preparation of selling the theater. In the four months between that date and the close of the sale, the theater was host to Firelands Idol, the Marionettes, the Glen Miller orchestra, and Purdue Varsity Glee Club."
