Jesse Howard, 20, of 2969 Washburn Road, Willard, was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in jail with work release privileges and fined $500 for complicity to breaking and entering. As part of his three years of community control sanctions, the court ordered him to pay $5,000 in restitution to three victims and prohibited him from having any association with his co-defendants.

The court issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for Andreia D. Nailon, 22, of Mansfield, because she failed to appear for her sentencing on trafficking in drugs.
