FTMC doctor tells resident not to worry

The six recent cases of a deadly infection among U.S. youngsters should not immediately alarm people, a local physician said Wednesday.

Dr. William Cornell, medical director of Fisher-Titus Medical Center's laboratory, was referring to an invasive and potentially fatal form of Staphylococcus Aureus, often called "staph."
