Grose, 34, of 403 Park St., Willard, at the intersection of Ohio 103 and West Ohio 61. Grose and his passenger, Jodie A. Tarleton, 20, of 403 Park St., Willard, reported possible injuries, but weren't transported.

Carol P. Kark, 41, of Hopewell, Va., was charged with failure to control Saturday after she attempted to pass the stopped vehicle owned by Christian W. Fussner, whose age was unavailable, of Ashland, on U.S. 224 when the trailer of Kark's truck slid on the snowy road and hit Fussner's vehicle. Fussner was helping a disabled motorist at the time.
No citation was immediately issued Saturday after Jennifer R. Lyons, 21, of Sandusky, swerved to avoid hitting an oncoming vehicle that went left of center on Ohio 61. She went off the right side of the road and overturned. Lyons and her 2-year-old passenger reported no injuries.
