BUCYRUS - Corn hole golf will be added to the Bucyrus Preservation Society's Hobo Day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 1 at the T & OC Train Station 700 E. Rensselaer St., Bucyrus. The Crawford County Antique Tractor Association has added this business enterprise to its ice cream sales. Children of all ages will be allowed to play. Also for the kids, Big Mac Trains of Marion will be rolling in to give mini train rides.
The Bucyrus Preservation Society sponsors Hobo Day Peddlers Market the Saturdays of Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. The train station will be open for tours to show the progress the volunteers have made in restoring it to become a transportation and industry museum. The station gift shop also will be open with shirts, train cases, train pins and wood building cut outs of many of Bucyrus' historical buildings.
For more information about Hobo Day and participating as a vendor, contact Karen Scott at (419) 562-1110.
There is no admission fee.
