An editorial in Friday's paper concerning Willard's proposed income tax increase contained two numerical errors.

In November, voters rejected a two-year income tax increase of .25 percent that would have helped pay for road repairs and increased fire and police forces. The city will put a five-year, 0.125 increase proposal on the ballot in May that will pay for police service.
