A co-conspirator in the violent March 18 home invasion in rural Greenwich will have his turn in court.

Eric Cover, 20, of Galion, pleaded innocent Friday morning in Huron County Common Pleas Court to two counts each of felonious assault and kidnapping. He entered a similar plea to one charge each of robbery, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and conspiracy.

On Sept. 14, a jury convicted Cover's half-brother, New London resident Jeremy Holmberg, of masterminding the March incident on Greenwich Milan Townline Road. Holmberg, 27, is being held in the Huron County Jail without bond until he is sentenced Nov. 5 for two counts of kidnapping and one count each of aggravated burglary and robbery.
