Gravelle attorneys seek acquittal

Defense attorneys in the "caged children" case are asking for an acquittal on 11 convictions, citing insufficient evidence.
Michael and Sharen Gravelle, of Clarksfield Township, are scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 12 after a jury found them guilty of four child endangering felonies and seven first-degree misdemeanors of child endangerment and child abuse. Ken Myers, Sharen's attorney, and Richard Drucker, Michael's attorney, filed the motion Friday morning.
