Leeanna M. Roth, 29, of 1924 Miller Road, Willard, was charged with failure to control Jan. 16 after she went off the right side of Ohio 61 while traveling north and hit a ditch. She came back on the road, went off the opposite side and hit another ditch.
Dillon J. Bettac, 16, of 690 Edwards Road, North Fairfield, was charged with failure to control Monday after he began to swerve while traveling north on Edwards Road, went off the right side and hit a ditch, coming to a stop in a field.

The Willard Police Department reported having Kevin Czupik, 18, of 39 Washington St., Willard, and Alex Hall, 18, of 7935 Baseline Road, Plymouth, in custody Tuesday. Czupik was arrested on a Norwalk Municipal Court warrant and charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail. Hall was arrested on an undisclosed Sandusky County warrant and turned over to the Sandusky County Sheriff's Office.

Kenneth A. Derby, 24, of 4307 Drake Road, was arrested and charged with an open container violation, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence in connection with a Benedict Avenue traffic stop Tuesday. He was released to a sober person.
