Grand jury indicts 6

Six people, including two break-in suspects, were indicted today by a Huron County grand jury.

Darren L. Cooley, 20, of 3143 Greenwich Eastern Townline Road 79, Greenwich, and Logan R. Welch, 18, of 4351 Butler Road, Wakeman, were charged with breaking and entering in connection with an April 28 incident.

Other defendants indicted today were:

n Timothy J. Kaczor, 40, of 222 Hamilton St., Bellevue, on theft in connection with a March 27 incident.

n William M. Kidd, 24, of 18 Gallup Ave., on two counts of trafficking in heroin in connection with incidents on Jan. 26 and 28.

n Ian S. Poland, 20, of 39 Jefferson St., on burglary and possession of criminal tools both in connection with an April 24 incident. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

n Brandon A. Taft, 28, of 1760 Greenwich Milan Townline Road, Greenwich, on possession of Oxycodone in connection with an April 6 incident. The indictment says the defendant is accused of using a 2002 Mercury Sable to commit the suspected offense.
