Ohio 547 closed for culvert replacement

Here is the ODOT District 3 weekly construction report for Huron County for the week of June 10:

State Route 547

SR 547, between SR 269 and SR 4, will close today for a culvert replacement. The detour route for westbound motorists is SR 547 to SR 4, south on SR 4 to SR 269, north on SR 269 to SR 547, and reverse for eastbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen Friday.

US Route 20

US 20, just east of the Village of Wakeman, will be reduced to one lane of traffic for a resurfacing project and structure repairs. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to be complete Aug. 15, 2019.

US 20, at the structure over the Vermillion River, in the Village of Wakeman, will have reduced lane widths and traffic shifted to complete bridge repair work. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained. The project is expected to be complete October 2019.

State Route 103

SR 103, between SR 99 and SR 61, will have single lane closures for a smooth seal project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to be complete June 2019.

State Route 113

SR 113, from US 20 to just past Prairie Road, will have traffic reduced to one lane of traffic for a resurfacing project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. This is a part of the SR 269 project listed below. The project is expected to be complete August 2019.

State Route 162

SR 162, from US 250 to the Village of New London, will have single lane closures for a chip seal project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to be complete July 2019.

US Route 224

US 224, just east of Bullhead Road, is closed for a culvert replacement. The detour route for westbound motorists will be US 224 to SR 598, north on SR 598 to SR 103, west on SR 103 to SR 99, south on SR 99 to US 224, and reverse for eastbound motorists. US 224 is expected to reopen Friday, June 14, 2019. NOTE: Bullhead Rd. will remain closed for 30 days, while US 224 will only be closed for 12 days. Bullhead Rd. is expected to reopen Wednesday, July 3, 2019.

State Route 269

SR 269, through the City of Bellevue, will have single lane closures for a resurfacing project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to be complete August 2019.

State Route 598

SR 598, from the Richland County line to SR 61, will have single lane closures for a smooth seal project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to be complete June 2019.
