A Norwalk City Schools mini bus was involved in an accident this morning at the intersection of U.S. 20 and Ohio 601.

There were no students on the bus, which was coming back from Grafton, but the driver and an aide were both injured and transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center by ambulance. Neither injury appeared to be serious.

Reports were a tractor-trailer was heading north on Ohio 601 and went through the stop sign, hitting the bus on the driver’s side.

It was the second accident involving a Norwalk school bus this morning. The first, described as a “fender-bender,” happened on Laylin Road.
