Four arrested in Bellevue and charged in robbery

BELLEVUE — The Bellevue police received a 9-1-1 call at about 8:04 p.m. Monday in reference to an armed robbery at Haar’s 5 Points Marathon, 200 Castalia St.

The caller advised the suspect had a gun and took money from the cash register and then fled the scene. A witness advised officers he observed a male run down the street and get into a vehicle. This vehicle was located in the 900 block of Northwest Street. The vehicle was occupied by three adult males and one juvenile male who were detained. A search pf the vehicle found a handgun and cash.

The four males were brought back to the Bellevue Police Department for questioning and eventually charged.

The three adults charged in the incident are:

Tyler Vaughn, 27, of Bellevue — complicity to aggravated robbery.

Matthew Robbins, 20, of Bellevue — complicity to aggravated robbery.

Joshua Thom, 19, of Bellevue — complicity to aggravated robbery.
