Here are pictures and information about the “Most Wanted” fugitives for the week of March 5, 2018 as provided the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s Richland County Division, which covers Huron, Richland, Crawford and Ashland counties:

 

Wesley D. Miller

• Age: 39

• 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds with black hair and brown eyes

• Wanted for: Failure to register (two counts)

• Has ties to Huron County and Akron, Ohio area

 

Kaylee R. (Carpenter) Hile

• Age: 27

• 5 foot and 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes

• Wanted for aggravated possession of drugs

• Ties to Mansfield and Huron County area

 

John P. Lugo

• Age: 44

6-foot-1 and 205 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes

• Wanted for escape

• Has ties to Mansfield, Bellville, Shelby, Tiro areas

 

Bradley A. Fisher II

• Age: 25

• 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes

• Wanted for aggravated burglary and breaking and entering

• Has ties to Mansfield area
