“Two children were placed in the temporary custody of other relatives,” said Detective Sgt. Jim Fulton, referring to the minors who are 7 and 13 years old.
Jessica S. Bryan, 26, of 13 Cline St., was charged with complicity to illegal manufacturing of methamphetamine, a second-degree felony. Jacob G. Henderson, 29, of 21 Parsons St., was arrested on a probation violation through Norwalk Municipal Court.
Fulton said an arrest warrant has been issued for Henderson’s younger brother and Bryan’s husband, Brandon W. Henderson, 34, on the charge of illegal manufacturing of meth.
“Anybody who knows his whereabouts (should) give us a call,” the detective added. “We want him picked up. He is the main person.”
Anyone with information about Brandon Henderson is encouraged to call 419-668-3311 or 419-663-6780. Information can be left anonymously.
Members of the SRT used the search warrant at 13 Cline St. at 11:41 a.m. Thursday.
“They have lived there about five months. We had been aware of this since probably January,” Fulton said. “I think he (Henderson) had been doing this longer.”
When the tactical team used the warrant, the Norwalk Fire Department and North Central EMS were on stand-by.
After the drug raid, agents with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and members of METRICH, a 10-county drug task force, collected evidence at the scene. Fulton estimated they were at the residence a couple hours.
“This was a one-pot method and there were several of those,” the detective said. “There were two people in the vehicle in the front and two people inside the residence.”
Fulton said the people inside the vehicle have possible drug connections, but not to this case.
“They were transported to the station, interviewed and released,” he added.
