The boys team took second place behind St. Paul. Leading the Truckers was Braedyn Demuth in 11th place (12:33); Brennen Cain in 13th (12:45) and Joe Lyons (12:52) in 15th.
The girls team finished fourth, as Kylie Moser was second overall in 12:59). Cara Mooney was 21st (15:50) and Morgan Gede was 24th place (15:27).
As a whole, both teams set 23 personal records out of a possible 30 runners.
The St. Paul boys won the Invite, and were paced by Isaac Thimke, who won the race in 11:42). He was followed by Gavin Ross in third (11:56) and Nick Centa in fourth (12:08).
The St. Paul Girls placed seventh, and were led by Isabel Howerton in 25th (15:28), Josalyn Vasquez in 29th (15:49) and Emma Foltz (17:10) in 41st.
Norwalk's next race is Saturday at the Old fort Invitational.
