In early September, he pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in 3-methylfentanyl. Judge Jim Conway had remanded him to the custody of the Huron County Sheriff’s Office to complete a 45-day jail sentence for a Norwalk Municipal Court conviction of possession of drug abuse instruments.
