Kristina M. Jordan, 24, most recently of 4106 E. Ohio 113, received her sentence for two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Huron County Common Pleas Judge Jim Conway ordered her to serve 90 days in jail immediately and gave her an additional 90 days as a discretionary sentence. That means her probation officer has the right to impose part or all of the time without a hearing during Jordan’s three years of probation.
Jordan, who was fined $250, is required to register as a Tier II sex offender in person every 180 days for 25 years.
During a late June plea hearing, she pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in exchange for prosecutors dismissing a third charge. Jordan was living in Plymouth when the Huron County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case, according to Norwalk Municipal Court records. While the case was pending, she was prohibited from having any contact with any non-family member younger than 18 and anybody at a U.S. 224, Plymouth, residence.
