Grand jury indicts 56 people

SANDUSKY — An Erie County grand jury has indicted 56 suspects.

Here are the defendants’ names and charges:

Justin D. Dennis, two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, specifications

Stephen M. Patterson, two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or combination of them

Stephen D. Dunlap, aggravated possession of drugs

Mark A. Wolford, vandalism, felonious assault, and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer

Justin J.M. Tallman, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, and tampering with evidence, forfeiture specifications

Jeremy D. Jones, possession of marijuana; trafficking in marijuana, having weapons while under disability, carrying concealed weapons, and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, forfeiture specifications

Dejour L. Stovall, possession of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana, carrying concealed weapons, and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, forfeiture specifications

Nicholas L. McCleese, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs

Montel D. Holland, Jr., tampering with evidence, aggravated trafficking in drugs, two counts of trafficking in cocaine, two counts of trafficking in heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of possession of cocaine, and two counts of possession of heroin, forfeiture specifications

Syon Martin, two counts of having weapons while under disability, and two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, specifications

Ricca D. Rivers, robbery, and two counts of petty theft

Akida A. Fletcher, two counts of assault

Rae Anne M. Wahl, possession of cocaine

Ashley S. McKinney, three counts of identity fraud, theft, possession of criminal tools, misuse of credit cards, and forgery

Amanda J. Akers, domestic violence

Michael T. Coleman, possession of cocaine

Elisha J. Cannon, tampering with evidence, two counts of having weapons while under disability, four counts of complicity to commit aggravated trafficking in drugs, and two counts of complicity to trafficking in heroin, specification

Jabrielle M. Nicholson, tampering with evidence, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin, four counts of complicity to commit aggravated trafficking in drugs, and two counts of complicity to trafficking in heroin, specification

In addition to the aforementioned 42 suspects, and additional 14 suspects were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges won’t be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.

In other grand jury action, jurors determined no indictment for domestic violence and assault was warranted in the case against Gilberto Reyes Revilla Deluna.
